ROBERT GEORGES

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Robert is a seasoned construction professional and has been in the construction industry for more than two decades. With his astute knowledge and experience, he oversees all the construction domains within the organization. He is responsible for coordinating all trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with all team members including architects, engineers, local officials and with clients. His positive approach and enthusiasm keep all team members motivated and focused on delivering the projects well before the scheduled time and within agreed budgets. With his core competency for minute detailing, he has been delivering all projects with acute quality control and assurance. He is a thorough time-line-driven construction professional with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and has demonstrated proficiency in cost saving as well as time spent by optimizing project efficiency and resource management.

ALEN GORO

PROJECT MANAGER

An astute Project Manager with experience in residential and commercial construction in both Head Contractor and Client-Side positions. Alen takes pride in ensuring every project is delivered with precision, care, and attention to detail. Known for his approachable and collaborative style, he works closely with clients and consultants to create spaces that reflect innovative design and functionality.

ARMIN ABDOLI

ESTIMATOR AND CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Armin Abdoli is a passionate and detail-oriented Estimator and Contracts Administrator with over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, both in Australia and overseas. With a background in Architectural Engineering, Armin brings a fresh perspective to residential, commercial, and multi-mixed projects, including Class 2 multi-storied residential buildings valued at up to $60 million and high-end Class 1 developments.

At Rubix, Armin specializes in estimation and bidding, leveraging his architectural expertise to prepare accurate and competitive tenders that align with client goals and project requirements. His thoughtful and precise approach ensures budgets are carefully planned, balancing cost efficiency with uncompromising quality.

As a Contracts Administrator, Armin works closely with stakeholders, managing tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes with care and diligence. He also oversees claims processing, communicates effectively with subcontractors, and ensures seamless project coordination to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Armin’s combined experience in construction and Architectural Engineering allows him to approach projects holistically, ensuring both functionality and design intent are upheld. His commitment to clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and fostering positive working relationships ensures every project is delivered efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

AVINASH PATIL

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Avinash Patil is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is currently working as a Contracts Administrator for Rubix.

Avinash Patil oversees key aspects of project management, tendering, and contract administration. His role involves meticulous claim processing, effective liaison with subcontractors for quotes, and managing the tender process to ensure the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Presently, he is managing two significant projects:

  • 205-207 President Avenue, Monterey – Overseeing all tendering, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration for this multi-unit residential development.
  • 426 Kingsway, Caringbah – Leading tendering and procurement efforts, administering contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration between all stakeholders for this Class 2 mixed-use development.

RENATO COSTA

PROJECT MANAGER

Renato Costa is a highly experienced Project Manager with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering earned in 2005. Beginning his career as an Assistant Project Manager from 2005 to 2006, Renato has since amassed over 18 years of experience managing medium to low-rise residential and commercial construction projects across Portugal, the UK, and Australia. With more than 20 successfully delivered projects under his belt, Renato brings extensive knowledge and leadership to every project he undertakes.

Since joining Rubix Built at the end of November 2023, Renato has been responsible for managing four key projects:

  • Monterey: A 4-storey residential building with a basement, started in December 2024 and scheduled for completion in June 2026. The slab on ground is set to be poured in early March 2025.
  • 426 Kingsway: A mixed-use development featuring 5 levels of residential units, ground floor commercial space, and 3 basement levels. This ongoing project is set for completion by December 2025, with scaffolding removal planned for the end of April 2025.
  • 18 Kangaloon Bowral: A residential project comprising 12 units and 12 townhouses over 2 levels with a shared basement. Completion is expected by December 2025, with scaffolding removal scheduled for May 2025.
  • 186 Bong Bong St Bowral: Design for this project will commence in February 2025, with execution starting in July 2025.

Renato’s commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget is evident in his track record. His ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams makes him an invaluable asset to Rubix Built.
